Little River County – AR issued the following announcement on June 7.
The Arkansas Sheriffs’ Association Summer conference kicked off Tuesday morning with a prayer breakfast, during which the new executive board members were sworn in by the Hon. Circuit Judge Robin Green. Rodney Wright, Saline County Sheriff, is the new Board President.
Following breakfast, sheriffs, jail administrators, and other jail staff in attendance rolled into a series of joint trainings. First up was “What We Can Learn from Trial & Conviction of Derek Chauvin,” led by AACRMF Litigation Counsel JaNan Thomas.
Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin will join the group for lunch today. #ARcounties
