If you’re already registered for the 2023 Winter Conference, (Friday, Dec. 30, 2022) at 5 p.m. is the final deadline to do the following:
Switch attendee type (from in-person to virtual or vice versa)
Cancel conference registration and get a refund
Cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Cancellations after this date with be charged for one night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
