Don’t believe what CH is saying about Alexander not having a flood control plan, which is what she said on “The Schmidt Show.” The number and name of the ordinance she claims the city doesn’t have is O-2020-3-16-1, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR ALEXANDER, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
The title of the code referenced in the ordinance is “FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION CODE FOR THE CITY OF ALEXANDER, ARKANSAS.”
