March 12 from 8am - 4:30pm
The ServSafe® program provides food safety training for food service managers. In this course, you will earn the ServSafe® Food Production Manager certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as required by Arkansas Food Safety State Regulations and Arkansas Department of Health.
