Hempstead County – AR issued the following announcement on Nov. 17.
Captain James Wise, Jail Administrator & Sheriff James Singleton Present Detention Officer Maricella Evans the 2021 Detention Officer of the Year Award.
Detention Officer Evans is assigned to the day shift as a Detention Officer, she has performed her duties very well during the past year and is an asset to the Hempstead County Detention Center.
