City of Arkadelphia issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
Located in front of the Youth Empowerment Zone at #MLKPark, visitors will find the Civil Rights trail. This quarter-mile, paved #trail will not only improve visitors' physical and mental health, but it will feature a series of educational kiosks informing public on the Civil Rights movement.
At the end of the trail, phrases from Dr. King's iconic, "I Have A Dream" speech will be displayed on the existing wall (seen in current photo).
