Celebration

City of Bearden issued the following announcement Nov. 13.

ON THE COVER—For the first time in more than a century, Pulaski County held a county fair, and organizers hope to make it an annual event. Check out photos of the carnival inside, along with shots from the 10th anniversary of Little Rock’s Main Street Food Truck Festival.
