Gurdon S. Hubbard High School recently issued the following announcement.
Covid-19 Pfizer Vaccination at Hubbard High School on Monday, October 25, 2021. A medical team will arrive at 9:30am and be prepared to offer services beginning at 10am. A second event is also scheduled three weeks later on 11/15/21 at the same time (10am-12pm).
This communication includes links to the flyers (Eng/Span) for both events which contain codes for the appointment / online consent. Parents/guardians of 12-17yo must be present with their child at this time. We accept same-day/walk-ins.
