Hempstead County – AR issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.
Dear Citizens of Hempstead County,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the citizens of Hempstead County for allowing me to serve as your Sheriff and Collector for the past ten years it continues to be an honor to serve as your Sheriff and Collector.
Today I am announcing that I will be seeking a sixth term as Sheriff and Collector of Hempstead County.
I thank you, the voters of Hempstead County for putting your trust in me during the past ten years and I want to ask you to continue to support me and my professional staff as we strive to serve the citizens of Hempstead County with Honest, Fair and Professionally trained Deputies and Detention Officers. I could not properly do the job if not for the men and women that have dedicated themselves to the law enforcement profession in Hempstead County.
It is my promise that I will continue to provide the very best law enforcement services and assistance to the citizens of Hempstead County. And I once again humbly ask you for your prayers, support and vote.
