City of Bearden issued the following announcement on Aug. 22.
In 2001, Little Rock Municipal Water Works and the North Little Rock Water Department merged to form Central Arkansas Water, the state’s largest municipal water system.
In July the utility celebrated its 20th anniversary with a presentation on the past, present and future of clean—and tasty—drinking water in the metro area.
