ElDorado Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 30.
The El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce held our annual New Teachers Breakfast this to welcome all of the new teachers to Union County!
The new teachers received breakfast, as well as goodie bags full of items from our Goodie Bag Sponsors!
The keynote speaker of the event was Arkansas State Representative Sonia Barker - District 7.
Barker has been a high school educator for 27 years and is currently teaching a Professional Communications course and coaching tennis at Smackover-Norphlet High School, all while serving her 3rd term as Arkansas State Representative for District 7!
